Stable Long Service Life Automatic Hydraulic Slitting Production Line
This fully automatic hydraulic slitting line brings low-loss, high-stability mass slitting solutions for global metal coil processing plants. Every part of the whole machine is strictly manufactured according to industrial standard, fully adapting international CRS & GI coil processing requirements, and maintains excellent consistency in bulk finished product size.
The equipment processes steel strips with width 500–1600mm, thickness 0.3–3.5mm. Stepless adjustable line speed ranges 0–60m/min, adopts 380V/60Hz/3Ph three-phase power supply, total installed capacity around 220Kw. Overall line layout occupies 23m length × 8m width, and maintains reliable daily output around 40T under uninterrupted 8-hour operation.

The whole line adopts right-to-left technological arrangement:
Entry coil car→Decoiler →Press and pinch device→Hydraulic cutter→Looper 1→Side guide device→Slitter→Scrap winder→Looper 2→Tension stand →Recoielr→Exit coil car

Side guide anti-deviation structure keeps steel strips stable even under high-speed running. Independent 4KW scrap winder cleans edge leftovers timely, keeping production workshop tidy and orderly. Cycloidal reducer matches large-power main motor perfectly, with low failure rate and ultra-long continuous working life.
PLC frequency control system realizes overall coordinated operation of the whole line. It supports flexible high-low speed switching and convenient manual strip threading. Perfect matching between hydraulic system and electrical system effectively reduces unexpected faults, and helps customers gain higher profit margin from stable qualified product output.
