The line runs smoothly at 0–60m/min, matches 380V/60Hz/3Ph power grid, total matching power around 220Kw. Whole equipment covers 23m×8m area, and keeps stable daily output around 40 tons per working shift.

H13K high-hardness slitting blades and 40Cr high-rigidity knife shafts bring extremely strong wear resistance and long service life. We support flexible slitting quantity: 5 splits for 3–3.5mm thick steel, up to 25 splits for 0.3mm thin steel sheets. Independent hydraulic supply system provides steady pressure for unwinding, shearing and clamping actions during long-time continuous production.

Intelligent electrical control system realizes full synchronous linkage of each section. Simple human-machine operation interface greatly reduces professional requirements for frontline operators, and improves overall production efficiency obviously.
