The unit features a heavy-duty frame constructed with 300H steel and 16mm thick welded steel plates, ensuring vibration-free performance even under maximum load.
The decoiler is equipped with an advanced slider-type tensioning system and a four-support-axes main shaft made from high-strength thick-walled seamless steel tubes (203*55mm). This design guarantees a perfect circular expansion, preventing damage to the coil's inner wall.
