Applicable Raw Materials
This slitting line is designed to process cold rolled steel (CRS) and galvanized steel (GI) coils.
It meets the tensile strength requirements of δb≤450Mpa and δs≤260Mpa, suitable for common carbon steel coils slitting and preparation for subsequent processes.
After slitting, all narrow strips will be automatically recoiled neatly and tightly. The finished coils are easy to store, transport and conduct secondary deep processing. No surface scratch, no edge deformation, greatly improving raw material utilization rate.

This slitting line is widely used for slitting carbon steel coils to prepare blanks for the next process. It is a practical choice for factories engaged in processing ordinary carbon steel and galvanized steel strips.
The whole machine adopts high-quality raw materials and strict heat treatment for key parts. The slitter blade is made of H13K material, with specification Φ340×Φ220×15mm. The knife pivot is made of 40Cr steel, with diameter Φ220mm. Even under long-time non-stop working, it will not deform or collapse the cutting edge easily.
