Automatic heavy gauge metal UD profile machine can produce different sizes of drywall profiles with a thickness of 2mm, which can automatically change different sizes by touching the screen. No need to change size manually, it will save a lot of time and enhance the work efficiency for the users.

 

This machine can produce four different profiles: UD50, UD75, UD100, and  Omega75.

When you use the galvanized steel material after some time, the zinc coating will peel off and stick to the rollers, then it will affect the use of the machine. Anti-sticking zinc oil injection device will solve this problem. Add the oil or emulsion in the bottle, open the switch, and the oil will automatically drip on the material to achieve the purpose of preventing the zinc coating from peeling off.

 

80T mechanical punching machine with servo feeding, every time punching 7 rows of holes, the machine’s working speed can reach 19m/min If you want a higher speed, you can choose pneumatic punching.

For the automatic metal track UD profile roll forming machine, there are two screens on the PLC control desk. One is control for speed, one is control to change sizes. Just select the model you want on the touch screen, then the machine frame will automatically translate to the size you want.
