Split Set System Machines Independent Production Line Combination
Our split set system machines are divided into five independent and complete single production lines. Each machine works alone to produce separate accessories, and all finished parts can be assembled together to make complete rock bolt products.It includes roll forming machine, dome plate press machine, necking machine, ring making machine and ring welding machine. Each line adopts 380V 3 phase industrial power supply, with independent power configuration and stable working performance, meeting different processing needs of rock bolt accessories.

Every piece of equipment is an independent production unit, with independent frame, control system and power drive. There is no forced linkage between machines. Each independent line produces a single special accessory for rock bolts.Roll forming line makes bolt main pipe body, pressing line produces end sealing plate, necking line completes pipe end shaping, ring making and welding lines produce fixed connecting rings. All parts are produced separately with high precision size, easy assembly and stable overall structure after combination.
