Sound barrier panel machine punching and recoiling line flexible layout options
The sound barrier panel machine lines up in straight layout:Electric decoiler -- Servo feeder -- Punching → Forming → Shearing → Receiving. The total length is moderate. However, if your workshop lacks enough length, we can design L-shaped or segmented layout. We provide free layout design you supply workshop drawings with length width door and pillar locations and we deliver equipment layout marking work zones raw stock storage finished goods storage and forklift lanes. The layout supports smooth equipment placement material transfer and comfortable worker operation.

A More Flexible Option: Two-Stage Production
Some customers simply lack enough workshop space for a full production line. We offer a more flexible solution: splitting the production line into two separate stages.
Phase 1: Electric decoiler -- Servo feeder -- Punching -- Tension and recoiler. In this phase, only punching is performed, and the output is the rolled material with holes already drilled.
Phase 2: Place this punched rolled material onto another forming machine to complete the forming and cutting processes.

You can run these two stages at different times or even in different workshops. Furthermore, you can send the punched rolls to other factories for further processing. This two-stage layout takes up much less space than a straight line. Additionally, you can stack and store the punched rolls, giving you complete control over your production rhythm.

Pattern Drawing

How we help you plan the layout
You don’t need to be an engineer. Just do three simple things. First, measure your workshop. Write down the length, width, where the pillars are, and where the doors are. Second, take a few photos of the inside so we can see the actual space. Third, tell us what you have in mind. For example, you might want enough room for a forklift to turn around, or you might want the raw material to come in from the left side.
Once we get this information, we will draw a simple layout for you. The drawing will show where each machine goes, where the operator stands, and where you should store raw coils and finished products. If your workshop cannot fit a full straight line, we can suggest a staged setup. You can run the punching and recoiling section first, then move the punched coils to a separate forming machine later. The two sections can be placed front to back or facing each other. We will give you a solution that works with your space.

Why layout matters
A common mistake is buying a machine and then finding out it does not fit, or it fits but there is no room for workers to move around or for a forklift to get in. This can cause a lot of trouble. We help you think about the layout before shipping the machine. That way when the equipment arrives, you just put it in the marked spots, connect the power, and start running. A good layout also helps you produce faster. Your workers walk less, your forklift turns less, and your materials move more smoothly.

Closing
You do not have to decide the layout right now. Just contact us and send a simple drawing of your workshop. A hand drawn sketch is fine. We will give you a free layout suggestion. We can also send you the detailed specification sheet and the punching pattern drawing for the sound barrier panel machine.
