Professional training on Guardrail Bending Machine enriches product knowledge
Professional training on the guardrail bending machine deepened the sales team's understanding of the equipment and the guardrail system. The team worked on changeover techniques and component functions to build their expertise.

The training focused on the punching changeover differences between two wave and three wave panels. Two wave panels have evenly spaced holes, while three wave panels have different hole spacing and reference points due to the extra wave. Operators complete the changeover by swapping punching dies, adjusting outer roller positions, replacing end forming roll modules and flying shear dies, and switching the PLC program.
A guardrail consists of corrugated sheets, posts, blockers, and connectors working as a system. The corrugated sheet absorbs impact energy, the post transfers force to the ground, and the blocker provides both cushioning and connection.
This training enabled the team to offer more accurate guardrail combination suggestions based on actual project needs.
This knowledge building ultimately shows in how we understand and control the equipment.
